If we do not have a replacement in stock, your lid will be custom-made. Delivery on lid replacements may take as long as 6-8 weeks depending on our production schedule.

To help us match your lid as closely as possible, please provide the following:

1. Take several photos of your vessel with a ruler across the opening to provide an accurate measurement of the opening

2. make sure to line up the 1-inch mark with the inner edge of the vessel (see reference photos).

3. Take photos of your broken lid with the ruler across the widest part of the lid, and also along the length of the lid to show its height (see reference photos).

4. Send photos to info@natalieblake.com with “lid replacement” in the subject line.
